In the current environment surrounding Japan, with demographic changes (i.e. declining birthrate and aging population), volatile foreign exchange fluctuations, and the rapid globalization of industries; business leaders are now being questioned on their competence to manage and lead their companies into the shifting landscape of the 21st century.
In responding to this challenging business environment, it is very difficult for businesses to grow and stay ahead of the competition. Furthermore, with the unprecedented increase in business risk, meticulous analyses and careful risk management have become paramount. Now, more than ever, business leaders in Japan must engage with the global business community and markets in order to survive and prosper in this new era.
We established our company in May 2002 in order to help companies develop and grow by consulting business managers looking for "sincere and appropriate advice and solutions" under such tumultuous times. We offer services in general management, and in particular, financial strategies, M&A consulting, sales strategies, human resources, and training strategies. In addition, we organize and manage the largest food tradeshow in Japan that brings together our unmatched network of regional banks throughout Japan and several hundred participating companies.
